How to use a competitive offer for leverage without quitting

So, I quit a job 5 months ago, because I got a 0.06% raise my first year, and then got a 1.7% raise my second year... and it really hurt, because I did some crazy hard stuff, and just didn't feel valued. Also the commute was extremely long (1 hour each way). I was making $85k a year there.

So, I took the first job I could get outside of that company that was within a 30 min commute and more money. I'm now a subcontractor job for another company (I was told I would be temp to perm for 9 months). But, I have no benefits, no PTO, no nothing. I make $99k here. I love the job, but after watching several subcontractors not turn into permanent employees, I applied back to my old company. Because I think they're only going to extend my contract another 6-9 months at a time.

I got offered a new job at my old company: $120k a year, with benefits and PTO. However, I worked out the math; if I'm able to get myself converted to a full-time employee at my current job with benefits and PTO, I would effectively only be making $100 less a paycheck (I get paid every Friday and I'm factoring in tolls/gas).

So obviously I don't want to risk going back to getting raises that make me feel like shit as well as an excessively long commute. BUT, how do I use this $120k job offer to become a permanent employee with benefits, without accidentally quitting? Any advice?

TLDR; I quit my job because of wage stagnation and the commute, and became a subcontractor with no long term job security and benefits, but a great commute. My old job offered me a $35k raise to come back. How do I use this as leverage to become full-time at my new job?
