I have been offered a job with GE healthcare after three rounds of interview with them ( GE healthcare), the pay is above average and the work is what I would like to do in future but the caveat is this role is via a consultancy "Select Source International", I know they are like a remote consultancy with a pseudo office in united states and operating from back-office which is in India.
I am a full-time employee right now with a $15k difference in salary, here it is $15k less but with full benefits and the GE role is hourly and without any benefits, the only thing that concerns me is the legitimacy of this consultancy since I will be on their payroll for the entire amount of project.
There is no contract to work with them for long time but still, I am afraid.
