What will this interview entail?

I had a interview today at the location I’d be working at with the manager and assistant manager. I thought things went great in the interview. They told me I’d be hearing back shortly. About two hours went by and the regional HR sent me a general assessment that I was to fill out and once I was done with it the HR guy set up another interview this Thursday. Do you think this interview will just be going through that assessment and is it a good sign in my hopes to get the job?
