I'm [22F] looking for some new job options as I'm planning to get married next year and would like to be a better financial help with the future rent and to add to our savings. I already applied to one of the Cal State universities near me after completing the Cal state plan since I want to get my Bachelor's in Education to become a teacher. I've finished my 2 years of community college but of course it'll still take me 2-3 years to get my Bachelor's so I'm trying to see what other high paying job I can get in the meantime. (By high-paying, I mean at least $16-18 per hour or more.) I currently only get paid $13.75 as an after school instructor which is not helpful, and I've already applied to numerous other jobs similar to that which I found pay a bit more but still not much, only about a dollar or two difference.
I've looked around but most jobs are in the medical field, which I really don't feel suited for. I saw paralegal as well but I'm not sure.. Is there any other jobs you guys know about that you can get through a fast certification that will only take a couple months or weeks? Or a job that requires no certification? I also do have 2 Associate degrees in Liberal Arts but haven't found them too helpful so far in my job search, they seem kinda useless.
TL;DR: What job can I get that pays at least $16-18 per hour that requires little to no education or quick certification? I have done 2 years of community college and have 2 associates so far. And I have 4 years of experience in customer service.
