Hi all, I am university student graduating in a few months. I have been interviewing for a new grad corporate strategy role and have made it to the final round after behavioral rounds with the hiring manager + a case presentation.
I am now scheduled for a final round interview with the Sr. Director on the team. I am wondering at this point of the interview process, what the Sr. Director is mainly looking for. Is it cultural fit? industry knowledge? All these obviously matter but I'm wondering if my preparation should be different than a traditional behavioral interview with the hiring manager. Thanks!
