Transitioning from Blue collar to white collar

Due to very unfortunate circumstances I had to drop out of college at 18 to get a full time job and support myself. Doing so I have only been in blue collared jobs. Im sick of it. I bust my ass and the physical labor is too tiring. I know microsoft office pretty decent as well as some adobe products. Id kill to get a white collar job but I have no idea where to start. I live in Ohio and apps like indeed only give warehouse or factory jobs 90% of the time. The remaining 10% is for jobs that require several years of experience and a degree or jobs that pay too low starting out to survive off of. Im 22 now. Any tips/advice? Or am I stuck in the blue collar workforce forever?
