Third round interview with a DUI

I have been interviewing with HCA (specifically Heathtrust) for a about two months now. Three weeks ago I had a web conferencing interview with three VPs, and I was fortunate to have been called in next week to interview in person. The HR person I have been working with (and who originally interviewed me) said next week's interview would last about three hours and I'd be interviewing with seven people. Obviously, I am excited, but there's a big caveat I haven't disclosed to them that is concerning me. I have a misdemeanor on my record for a DUI two years ago. (Charge was a class A misdemeanor in TN.) It was a very hard learned lesson and I can confidently say I have grown and come out a better person, but I'm concerned it may be a deal breaker. It was in no way a character trait, but it was a night of extremely poor judgement on my part.

Everything I have read has said not to bring it up until an offer is made. I want to be up front about this (may be too late now?), but I also don't want to give them a reason not to hire me until I have to. I'll be re-interviewing with the same three VPs I did three weeks ago, plus several others next week and I feel like that may be a good time to disclose it, but I'm just not sure. I'm hoping someone on this subreddit may have some specific knowledge on something like this at HCA and can offer some advice. Is this going to be an automatic deal breaker there? Should I disclose that information then, or wait and disclose it if an offer ends up being made?
