I know I ultimately have to get over it and just apply to jobs, but it’s frustrating being SO burnt out in your current position (60-70 hr weeks) that youre too tired to function during your off hours and you miss applying for other jobs or are too drained even when you do get an interview. I know I’m super lucky to be employed and working, but the burnout is killing me and I don’t know how to carry on like this. Does anyone else feel like this or have any tips for keeping up your motivation to job search?
