So many recruiter/phone screening interviews to date. No luck moving to next round so far. How do I succeed and move to the next round?

I’ve been applying for the last two months, and have had so many phone screens. I’ve done well when I get to go straight to the 1st interview with the hiring team (gotten multiple rounds in and even had an offer), but can’t seem to get a call back after the several phone screenings from companies I really want to work with.

Does anyone have any advice that would help me get to the next round? How did you succeed. For context, I’m in the social media/marketing field. Thanks I would appreciate any help!
