I started this job recently, they put on training early morning 6 am with a team leader. In my job you have to come early to get things up and running for the day. So I kept showing up 5:45 to get things ready. Today the team leader snapped at me she yelled at me that I shouldn’t come early I shouldn’t do this part because its hers and she even added you shouldn’t come back early from your lunch break. I looked at her with confusion and she tried to change her words by saying that management don’t like overtime only for her is the exception. I was like cool I don’t care about money that much I would still show up and make things ready she said no. I was shocked the whole day. I emailed a manager who checks our time and she said that my manager will talk to me. We don’t have a supervisor. I realized now that the team leader is pissed because my name was all over that I made things ready and her name wasn’t there. I don’t get why she is competing she is leaving this job in two years to retire. The thing is the manager doesn’t like me and she likes this team leader she put her like a spy on us to tell her everything. So she would never understand what happened. And I have seen emails between them back and forth about me they didn’t even write my name they just kept saying “he” they act like they don’t want me there. I don’t know what to do tomorrow should just come early and do my thing until the manager meets with me?
