Should I stay or should I go?

Wondering how others go about this for comparison. I'm ready to leave my job, I've reached the glass ceiling and the future doesn't look promising here as far as job security. I'm trying to look for work but finding that I just don't have the time to for an aggressive job search. I don't like the idea of abandoning a weekly paycheck during these uncertain times, though I do have a couple years salary saved up. Anyone else find themselves in this position, any suggestions?
