So I work a restaurant we are open all day breakfast, lunch and dinner. I work 40-55 hours per week, today I got upset because two of my coworkers got into a fight over what I don't know. When I got there I started my job got orders ready make sure everyone had their break and got ready for lunch rush. My boss calls me to talk to me about the argument okay I was not there when it happened but apparently it was about me??? Wtf what the hell did I do or what did I forget to do was what I was thinking. They somehow ended telling my boss that I'm lazy and I don't work, really the two people that leave early everytime they can. The two people that don't close ever want to say that I'm lazy, the ones that only talk about others and don't want to work on weekends. So I took it personal and since I'm lazy and they do everything then why do still have a job??? I'm the only manager that does both mornings and evenings if necessary they don't. I have some extra money and should be okay if u don't work for a few months. What should I do?
