Should I do video interview in my car?

I usually have only a 30 min lunch at work, since I’m hourly. I have a video interview scheduled at 11:30. I live about 15 min from my current job...I was thinking of doing the video interview at my car or just go into work early then clock out at 11 for “lunch” in case of traffic and just do the interview at home. I don’t see the interview taking more than 30 min since I’m meeting 1 person. I’m just afraid my boss might get suspicious, but I can say I have to take care of something at home. I’m not sure what to do.
