Remote Interview - When to tell them I'm partially disabled and can't walk?

I'm 30F and worked in the medical field most of my 20s, the longest job being in the ER as an admissions rep. I was let go of in late 2019 because I developed a rare condition that makes it nearly impossible to stand or walk at random times and I obviously can't do that type of job with that going on. I can go for days without being able to stand for more than 20 seconds, but then a few weeks with no issues. It's unpredictible.

During the pandemic with the time and stimulus money, I was able to complete a medical coding course which is almost always work from home, so this won't be an issue at all and I LOVE doing it. (I have my final certification exam online tomorrow!!) I'm all ready to apply for every job I can.

When I have an interview (most likely remote), when should I mention that my mobility is not good? I carry a foldable cane in my purse in case I need it at all times. It literally is only relevant to my job if I work on site, never if I'm at home.

Thanks!
