I’m planning on quitting the job I’m at. I’ve been there for two weeks and it just isn’t working out. I’ve mentioned to the supervisor of all the issues, and she isn’t any help. I’ve never been as stressed in my life entire life as I’ve been in the past two weeks. Everyday I feel like screaming at my coworker because she’s isn’t doing her part, which impacts my work. She’s new as well, but she doesn’t have experience in the field and my supervisor wants me to teach her, but that isn’t a part of my job description. Also, I remind her of what to do everyday and she just ignores me or makes an excuse as to why she can’t/didn’t do it.
My question is, after I find a new job, should I give a two weeks notice or just let them know that I won’t be coming back? I’m not planning on mentioning the job I’m currently at to the interviewer since it’s only been two weeks, and it makes me seem like a quitter (which I’m not), but I can’t take it anymore.
