Post Grad shlump

Graduated 3 months ago and have been the most unmotivated I’ve ever been. I used to be active (physically & mentally), and now go days of doing absolutely nothing. I was applying for more jobs when I was still in classes than I am now. I got a random job to pay the bills but I feel like the longer it takes me to get a job in my field, the harder it will be to get hired. Rejection emails like no end, or just straight up ghosted, and it’s really hard to stay motivated for each application process. No one talks about the life change of leaving college, moving back in with parents (both retired & don’t work), especially in the pandemic. Sorry for the rant but I need some words of encouragement/advice because I am losing hope.
