Offered a Job With No Start Date

Hi. I'm in the UK. Currently I work as a retail salesperson and I have received a job offer from Webhelp, a company providing customer services as a WFH call handler for COVID vaccine appointments.

However, it's been two weeks since my interview and they still say they don't know when is the start date. I'm physically drained by my current job, should I look for another job instead, or continue waiting for this start date?

I thought UK vaccines are rolling out quickly? The start date should be early instead of postponed?
