I QUIT my job over 2 months ago due to an abundance of issues with procedures that didn't make any sense of the office setting and higher management overall. I've saved enough money to maintain myself for at least a year and a half. The stimulus has been a huge help during this time as well. No one I know, knows that I am unemployed. Ive been looking for another job for a while and Ive havent had any hooks. I'm beginning to feel underqualified for positions I KNOW I will be qualified for. I act as if Im still working when connecting with family and friends ie, not answering the phone concurrently as they come through; telling old, but true stories to describe my day as if they are current; and just acting as if I'm on a work schedule when I am not. I feel like a fraud, however, I really don't need the judgement or "advice" behind not having a job right now.
