I'm being bullied at work.

I currently work at a hotel and the manager there keeps getting me in trouble for small things, and for 'mistakes' that he makes or other coworkers make as well, yet he only reports me. It's frustrating because it's obviously his job to let people know when they make a mistake, but for me specifically he doesn't tell me in person and goes straight to the higher ups. He has been trying to get me fired from the start. Luckily I get a long with the higher-ups and co-workers, they even wanted to promote me. But I cannot stand him any longer and it's frustrating because his behavior is obviously not overt and I don't know how to tackle it. When I confronted him, he just played dumb.
