I got an offer! But should I take it?

Hi guys I was a 2019 grad who directly entered into pandemic so that I lost my job in Hr. After that, I couldn’t get any job in Hr so I’m working as a legal assistant at fortune 100 right now, this is a dead end job but it pays okay.

I finally got a offer as a hr coordinator at a non profit organization. But i’m a little hesitant to take this. Seems like they are looking for someone who can steamline the process. i’m just a new grad. I never done that. Also is working for nonprofit unstable? They will pay me 41k, its lower than what my current employer pays.

Not sure if i should take hr coordinator position or not at non profit. What do you guys think? Thank you!
