Can my new position find out about an additional job I do?

I'm based in NYC. I recently got a new full-time salaried job. But I have an hourly gig, 40 hours a week role in an unrelated field that I was hoping to continue doing. The hourly role is largely just needing to be on call for certain issues, and I work it on weekends as well so there is not significant overlap between the two positions in terms of actual working hours. I'm confident I could handle both successfully. Both jobs are fully remote so i would be working from home and have two computers set up one for each. is there any possible way that my new job could discover that I am working an existing hourly role at the same time?
