As a former General Manager what jobs can I transition into and will be hired for?

I’ve been a General Manager of New York Sports Club for the last 7 years but the company recently filed for bankruptcy and laid off most of us. It’s not an industry to currently be in and I would not like to stay in the fitness industry. A general manager I wore various hats and was solely responsible for everything involved in running the gym such as: payroll, Human Resources, hiring and training, sales management and quotas, customer relations, oversaw other managers such as Fitness Managers and Sales Managers, staffing, scheduling, P&L reporting, conflict resolution and operations such as vendor relationships, inventory, and problem solving facilities issues. I really enjoyed the hiring, training aspect and I thoroughly loved the customer relations and customer success, I also enjoyed the Human Resources aspect. Basically I liked people management, I did not enjoy the sales aspect as much nor did I like having to scramble everytime someone called out for their shift

I’d like to go into a 9-6 job that works Mon-Fridays and has upward mobility. NOT retail or the restaurant industry. Can anyone offer advice or direction on what my skills are transferable as? I feel like no one would want to hire me
