Application video tips?

I’ve just gotten a ‘virtual interview’ offer from a job I REALLLLY want, however, it’s a one-sided video interview - as in, the questions will pop up, and I’ll record my answer. I think this platform they use only allows you two tries before having to move on... Any tips to help myself get to the point and not ramble? And how to hold eye contact with the camera?
