I have a few problems with using SmartRecruiter and could not find any help on their official website .
I just submitted my job application with SmartRecruiter and made an account at the same time.
I got a confirmation email that I could go edit my profile in SmartRecruiter. Then I realized my profile was connected to my Linkedin profile automatically ( which I didn't give any permission ) . It was weird but this was fine for me because I just updated my Linkedin profile.
However i then realized my information on SmartRecruiter profile are outdated information. I tried to update it manually on SmartRecruiter but every time I click update ( it asked if I wanted to update my application i just submitted as well) , it will show an error message said it is unable to update. Then all my info is back to the outdate info.
I started to worried if it would affect my application I just submitted . Does anyone know anyway to update your info on Smartrecruiter or anyone knows where I can find customer service please? Thanks!!
