Aerotek - Contract to Hire Position, Having My Doubts?

Hi ppl!

So I just landed a job through Aerotek described as "Contract to Hire" however reading through their "Restrictive Covenant" clause of the contract it says I cannot "solicit my employer for 180 days after the conclusion of the contract" unless I have written permission of Aerotek. So I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with this and what the likelihood of actually getting hired after the contract ends is?
