Advice post interview

Hi I recently had an interview that went well. The interview turned casual and we were joking and laughing for most of it. The next day I sent a thank you email and one interviewer (who was on vacation) responded saying the interview was "nice, seamless and fun" and that I had great qualities and the drive. They ended the email with a joke pertaining to my interview and saying "we definitely will be talking soon" and the other interviewer responded saying they agreed. It has been 2 weeks since hearing anything so I followed up and they said their process was delayed but to feel free to follow up as much as I want. Is this a bad sign meaning I didn't get the job? Should I forget this job?
