Will This Show Up in a Background Check?

I was told it doesn't show up but since I assume there are recruiters and people who conduct background checks on this sub, I wanted to confirm that it doesn't show up

I had a Temporary restraining order wrongly filed against me by a guy I had rejected after I had told him im not interested, fortunately it was dismissed but I'm worried this might affect job applications
