Nothing is permanent in life , Actually life itself isn’t permanent . One moment could turn your life upside down and that moment for me when i knew my contract is getting cancelled from my job
My kids , My wife is all that came to my mind , how can i ensure their well being and how shall i pay our bills.
What made it hard that the decision is a personal decision from my manager with no prior alarm or feedback , it just came out of the blue .
Days and months passed , sleepless nights and worry and anxiety in the days , sending emails , calling recruiters begging for jobs or anything that suits me . Another moment struck me when i learned how many people were actually happy i am facing what i faced , how many people i helped that didn’t help me.
It you are a boss or a manager think 100 times before killing someone’s career by a decision you can avoid .
