Is it bad to intern for someone if you don’t believe in their mission?

I’m currently working on my application to intern with ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) this summer. I’m a Democrat so I’m very against ICE. It would, however, look great on my resume. I will probably have to lie during my interview and pretend that I do believe in their mission. I will have to put on a mask and act republican basically. As long as I can do the job, who cares?
