I'm about to accept a job offer, but I have several appointments lined up over the next few months. What should I do?

I was offered a job on Friday and was asked to call back Monday with my decision. I plan to accept it, but I was looking at my calendar and it just so happens I have a bunch of appointments scheduled over the next 3 months. 2 in March that can't be moved because they're follow ups for a new medication I'm taking, a specialist appointment in April that I scheduled a year ago, and a dentist appointment in May I can probably push up back.

I've been unemployed for almost a year (thanks covid) and this is the first offer I've had. I'm afraid if I bring all this up when I call to accept the offer, they'll give me a hard time or even rescind the offer. What should I do?
