How much should I wait till I do a follow up for an interview?

I did the 3rd and final interview for my dream job on Tuesday and and I don’t know if I should text the girl that first interview if she knows what’s going on (she would be my direct boss), I was told that I pass on to the second interview really fast and also for the 2nd interview I was told 3 days later that I advanced to the final interview with the marketing director.

I am freaking out since I haven’t heard anything from anyone on the company BUT in the third interview I was told that I should be very patient but I am losing my shit tbh.
