I've worked for various companies in the past 10 years but they've all (save a few) been the same job (serving/bartending). I'm trying for a shift in career and trying to brush up my resume to make it seem more appealing to recruiters outside the hospitality industry but when entering my history it all sounds the same.
Most online resumes ask for work history and a brief description of what one did but I've done practically the same tasks at practically every job. How do I create some variance to this? How can I make my resume less redundant?
Any tips or advice are welcome.
