How can my friend get a job with a criminal justice degree?

My friend graduated in 2018 with a criminal justice degree. During college, he had an internship with his professor where he did data entry. After graduating, he had no luck obtaining a full time job in the field of criminal justice, so he resulted in working for an job that has to do with immigration. After that, he worked for an amazon warehouse because that’s the only job he could find.

I would like my friend to obtain a full time job in criminal justice or anything related. How can he achieve that with the experience he has?
