Do Dismissed Temporary Restraining Order show up in background checks?

This is a bit long but i have been losing sleep over this.

Long story short this guy filed a tro against me after I rejected him. I recently found out when he sent an apology letter on Facebook saying he's sorry. The DV-TRO was dismissed in March 2020 (he didnt show up) according to documentation my friends pulled for me. He had claimed that we were in a relationship and that he dumped me and I was stalking him.

Im so worried that this will come out in background checks during job applications. Will it?
