Hi all! I just had a quick question about what a dental lab technician might make starting out without any experience. I have a 2nd in person job interview that I am super excited about (and nervous) and was curious what a reasonable starting range might be. On their indeed listing it says between $12-$17. This is my first major, career interview and I’m nervous about what they might ask me and I’ve never negotiated salary before. As I said, I don’t really have any hands on experience but I think I have other qualities that make me suitable and desirable for the job. If they ask I was thinking of saying $13/$13.50-$15. I don’t know if that would be asking too much or if that seems reasonable. It seems like they really want me though. I also will be getting my bachelors soon so I don’t know if that makes a difference. Any advice or anything you wish you had known would be very much appreciated.
