I applied to a position in a company and went through 4 interviews, including two technical sessions.
A couple of days ago, I received an offer for the role; however it was stated it would be 3 month contract role with potential for full time employment.
The company isn’t a startup and isn’t a corporate company either. They’re now undergoing a digital transformation and launching a new flagship digital product that is pretty complex.
They did say that there were some doubts because of my freelance history but they see potential in me. I’m not sure how I feel about it but under the circumstances it’s a great opportunity.
How do I approach to receive what I deserve in terms of compensation? A little bummed out I didn’t get all the perks and benefits up front but I’m confident I can prove to be a valuable asset.
