Should I question my manager?

In April I started a new retail job. The contract from my previous job had ended, and they were overstuffed and couldn't give me a new one. I'm a nineteen year old student, and having some form of income is important, and as a result I applied to every single thing I could. It took me two months to get a job, and in the meantime I was only even invited to two interviews. That just shows you how eager I was to accept.

At the interview, I was told I would be paid £8.50 an hour. My previous job had paid me £11 per hour, so you can guess how desperate I was for a job that I took it. When my contract arrived, it stated my wage would be £7.75, and I called and asked the interviewer and they told me it was because I am under 25. I was so disheartened at the low wage, but took the job anyway. I have been really enjoying it but everytime I get paid I always think that I work too hard for the low pay, but it's so hard to find another job. The store I'm working at is hiring again as we are understaffed, and I was scrolling on a job board and saw the ad promise £8 per hour. I'm assuming this means whomever applies will get this, regardless of age, as my job ad when I applied stated no salary. I feel angry and cheated that a new person in the store would get more pay than me, and you may think it's only a few pence less but I think it's based on principle. I feel as though I'm being taken advantage of and they're paying me as low as possible. Shall I bring it up to the manager? I haven't even worked at this job for three months yet, so I don't know if I have the right. I'm just looking at other jobs at the moment, but who knows when I'll ever get another interview. Please give me your advice.
