I'm currently a content analyst for a big company, making ok money while working at home. It's been a good job with great benefits and quality of life. However, I'm young and have put in a little over 1.5 years here and am just looking at other options to grow and make a higher salary. The thing is, I can't really figure out where to go or what kind of positions I'm qualified for?
I've done a lot of customer service stuff; handling various tickets through SalesForce, a lot of QC, data and content clean up as well as file management. I also run and organize various reports through some of our software and end up spending a lot of time with Excel. Most of this is to assist our marketing team. Also have some exposure to other random things like JIRA and Confluence.
I've done a total mix of things but it kind of feels like I'm not particularly great at any of it, but a jack of all trades to some extent (At least at my level compared to many of my peers)
A lot of people push me towards business analyst positions the requirements for those are always crazy high from what I've seen, and regular data analysts seem to have way more of a tech background than I do. I've seen a mixed bag of marketing analyst positions and such as well but unsure if it makes sense for me to be there.
Hoping to get a couple opinions/guidance if possible. Thanks to anyone who has any advice!
