What % is the base line to submit your resume on a job application after tailored and using resume scan sites like JobScan?

I recently tried it and I got 25% from JobScan and the other site gave me 44%. I got tired of tailored so I submitted it and I got to ask to do the HireVue interview. I thought that was a low percentage so I surprised. I just researched the company if it is Fortune 500 and the company's rank is within 20 so I believe a lot of candidates. They use workday for ATS. I just want to know if there is any base scoreline after tailored my resume and test it with the resume scan site.
