Tips on resume and cover letter header

I’m currently in the process of applying to jobs in another state. I am trying to relocate. In my header, should I include my current out of state address, or should I include my new address that I will be moving to if I get a job there?

I haven’t moved yet because I am trying to get a job first. It makes sense financially. I already have secured housing at the new location. My SO has already moved there.
