Should I leave my $70k job in an industry I like for a $100k job in a boring industry?

I'm a 30M living in NYC and currently make $70k working in the publishing industry. I love books but I work in the children's department and have zero interest in any of the books I work on. I'm also a manager, which I hate, as I rather do the work itself than manage people and projects. Lastly, the job is super repetitive and I'm not learning anything new from the people I work with.

The job I was offered pays $100k and is for an agency in which I'll be working for a client in the insurance industry. I have little interest in insurance but believe I'll be working with smart people who can teach me a thing or two. The job is also 100% remote, which is what I've been looking for.

My last option is to hold out and look for another job. I'm confident I can make around $85k - $95k in my next role but nothing on the job boards is up my alley. My passion is music but all the music marketing jobs pay next to nothing and the hours are crazy.

So, what do you all things? Should I (1) stay at my current low-paying job in an industry I like but don't enjoy the work, (2) take the job at a significantly higher paying agency job with a boring client, or (3) look for something different entirely and perhaps follow my passion of music?
