HVAC Tech. Want raise, stay or go?

Hi everyone! For some context I have been working for a small HVAC company for almost a year now. Its my first job out of trade school, so they gave me my first field experience. First few months were ride alongs and training. Now I am a mostly independent technician. Now that I am much more productive I believe I deserve a raise. Because of the pandemic, business has been down and I know if I were to ask now it would likely be a no. I have been looking at some job postings to see if I can get the pay I want, and there are jobs close by that would give me that, but I like my coworkers and my employer and I don't want to screw them over. What do you think I should do?
