Recruiter Ghosted me

So a couple of weeks ago i applied to a job a major IT support company in canada for their new graduate program, i dont have any experience.

A recruiter saw my profile in their job portal and messaged me in linkedin for basic contact information. I got a call next day and he asked for my email,address and whether i need a sponsorship or not( i don't).

I haven't hear back ever since.he doesnt reply back to messages on linkedin nor does he pick my calls. Is this normal?
