Life After Medical Receptionist

Hi!

Any previous medical receptionists here? I’ve been a receptionist for 4 years already and I’ve learned everything that I needed to at this point. I know my calling is customer service. However, I don’t know if I want to be answering phone calls and directly dealing with patients forever. What jobs have you guys gotten after being a medical receptionist for so long? I’m feeling lost and frustrated that there isn’t much options for me.
