Leaving a job after a few days .

I just started working at a company and after a few days, I realized the job is not for me and based on what I know about the company’s plans, I don’t think it will get better. I am employed through a third party company which I am having trouble contacting as they don’t seem to be picking up. Should I call again and leave a voice mail or would it be better if I just send an email?
