Is it bad if I apply to jobs at 2am?

I'm currently in a job where I work 12:00pm - 8pm most days, and I work my sleeping pattern around this. This basically means most days I wake up at 11am so I'm not shattered by the time I finish in the evening.

This also means though that I'm going to bed VERY late (like 3-4am), and because I'm spending the little free time I have with the people that I care about once I finish work (between 8pm - 12:00 am), I tend to be looking for jobs once everyone else has gone to bed and I have some alone time.

I'm trying to get into the regular 9-5 office crowd so will them receiving an application at 2 in the morning automatically disqualify me or reflect badly on me at all?
