How is the training at Infosys for IT undergrads?

After a lot of job searching I got a systems engineer trainee position in Infosys. Which is 3 months of training and a full position afterwards.

The thing is that I don't have a CS degree, I have an IT degree. So I don't know as much about programming like a CS undergraduate (I know some SQL, Java, VBA and all the normal IT stuff). They were hiring for general CS/IT and other computer related degrees, and I got the job after 2 interviews (they asked me programming stuff I did know).

How does the training look like? at which level does it start? like with basic concepts or straight into a bunch of high level stuff (which I probably have no clue about)?
