How do I get my job to stop treating me like a robot?

Sorry don't know if this is the right flair.

I know what I'm trying to say I just can't put it into words exactly. So bear with me.

I've been on the job(drivetime- auto detailing) for almost 3 months. I like the job. I'm great at it. I'm only there cause of the hours and days I want. But I'm so sick of all the bullshit.

They treat me like I'm the only one that can do things, the right way, which is true. Every single day I'm doing the exact same thing but I don't really complain cause I know what I got myself into.

But the fact is there are plenty of other people in the building who can be trained to do what I do. The shit is simple.

It's like I'm some mindless drone that'll just get the job done.

There's no point in bringing it up honestly cause nothing is going to change.

I just want to scream.
