How do I decide whether an experience is too old and should be kept off my resume?

I’m turning 25 tomorrow and I decided that I want to work in children. I’m a soon to be graduate of a health care profession. I have some relevant experience with kids so that are more recent so it’s not a big deal if I should keep this stufff off. However, my professor said that coaching and daycare work is really good. I use to coach kids and help at a daycare when I was in grade 8-10. Yeah this was maybe 10 years ago. I’m debating whether to include it in my resume..
