When were you satisfied with your job?

I am on my 2nd post grad job and just unhappy and so tired. Few benefits, working 50+ hours a week on a low salary, no growth opportunities, boss that talks down to me. Like I know jobs in your 20s typically just suck. I am not looking to be so excited and pumped for every work day, just to feel satisfaction instead of exhaustion. To not want to cry or tense up everytime I get a notification. I know some of it is probably in my head, just when did you get your light at the end of the tunnel. When did you feel some satification and just overall mostly good about your job. Give me all the inspiration and hope please!
